Consent Form

Copyright Laws // Copyright of the photographs will always remain with the photographer, however the photographer grants you permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the photographer can be used for personal use by you and your friends and relatives, including making digital copies, physical prints &/or social media uploads. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the photographer. Editing &/or adjusting the images in anyway is also not permitted without getting prior consent.
 Image Use & Model Release // The photographer may wish to use the images taken during the shoot for promotional purposes such as on their website, social media, advertising & any other purpose and in any manner. By agreeing to this contract you grant the photographer their unlimited consent to use the photographs, however you retain full rights to withdraw this consent at any time. If you have any worries or concerns about this image use please refer directly to the photographer or click here to view the photographers privacy policy. If you wish to withdraw consent for the photographer to use the images in the ways stated above, please put this in writing via email, directly to the photographer. You grant permission for the photographer to alter/edit the photographs without restriction, and to copyright the images. You hereby release the photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images. Limit of Liability // The Photographer has working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond their control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. Re-Scheduling The Shoot // The monies paid are used to secure the shoot date as agreed between ourselves however if your circumstances change you may re-schedule this date once only. If you choose to cancel the shoot, the monies paid paid are non refundable. Re-scheduling may also occur if the shoot is on location & there are severe weather conditions which would affect the quality of the images. If the photographer needs to cancel the shoot for any reason, a full refund will be given as well as help finding a replacement photographer for the job. If for any circumstances the photographer needs to re-arrange the shoot for reasons such as illness etc. you will be given a choice of alternative dates or offered a full refund. What's Included // An hours shoot at a location of your choice. Travel is included within 1 hours drive of M20 for newborn & family shoots or 30 minute drive for pet shoots. After the shoot a viewing gallery will be emailed to you within three weeks. This is where you can view your images and make your selections. Inclusive in the price of your shoot are 10 digital images of your choosing, unless otherwise agreed. Additional images can be purchased.
